Dauphin Island

One of our favorite vacations places in our 15 years of being married has always been Dauphin Island. It is a small island south of Mobile with no fast food, no Walmart, three sets of condo's on the beach, with two of those only be 4 stories. It is peaceful! This is where we decided to get away for a few days all by ourselves...something we have not done since our honeymoon. We have not been to Dauphin Island since Katrina...all looks great other than the fishing pier! Hard to catch fish on the sand!

Time to Relax

During spring break, after doing some very needed spring cleaning, we went to the river for a day to do NOTHING! Maggie enjoyed laying around and playing with the girls!

Lot of Plants

This Duranta is only one of many plants that we have in our school greenhouse where William and I teach. Look at the Brighton FFA Blog to see more pics!
We have lots of vegtables also. They are in 4in pots that are 2.25 each. The plants are very healthy! If you would like to plant a gardent yet are unsure of what you should plant...we have a mix of 5 differt tomatoes, 4 different peppers, 2 cucumbers, squash, eggplant, watermelon, cantalope and an herb...it will be a total of 18 plants for $36.00 - you can email me if you have any questions - tlea@tipton-county.com!
