Dauphin Island
One of our favorite vacations places in our 15 years of being married has always been Dauphin Island. It is a small island south of Mobile with no fast food, no Walmart, three sets of condo's on the beach, with two of those only be 4 stories. It is peaceful! This is where we decided to get away for a few days all by ourselves...something we have not done since our honeymoon. We have not been to Dauphin Island since Katrina...all looks great other than the fishing pier! Hard to catch fish on the sand!
